The Business Associates shall be given exclusive business right in their respective towns to operate the class room coaching independently in accordance with the NM guidelines. A three year initial contract shall be signed with the Business Associates for this business for which a non-refundable brand fee (varies from town to town) shall be collected by NM Tutorials. The Business Associates need to pay a royalty (30% of receipt) to NM Tutorials and in return shall be provided with centralized advertisement, study materials and technical know how.
