1. The management reserves the right to admit / refuse admission to any candidate without assigning any reason thereof.

2. The management reserves the right to cancel the applicant's studentship for any type of misconduct or any act of similar nature during the course.

3. The management reserves the right to regroup the students, to change close timings, to change class teacher'(s) at any point of time during the coaching period.

4. Regular attendance is compulsory. Leave application is to be duly countersigned by the Parent / Guardian and should be submitted to the Director (Academics).

5. The identity card will be issued to the student within a week of the date of admission. Students are required to carry if whenever coming to the centre. The card must be produced whenever demanded.

6. Loss of identity card must be reported to the Director(Academic) immediately and a duplicate card can be issued on payment of Rs.10.00 (Ten) only.

7. Admission Fee must be paid in Full on or before starting of the batch.

8. A valid receipt is to be obtained for every payment made. Entries of the fees must be made in the identity card.

9. On non-payment of installments the studentship shall be struck off after 15th of the due month.

10. Readmission will be considered only when the arrears and re-admission fee of Rs.100/- (One hundred) is paid.

11. No change in Batch or Time will be allowed during the coaching period.

12. The management has the right to change or introduce any rules & regulation from time to time for better functioning of the institute and welfare of the students.

13. The parking of two wheelers & safe keeping of individual belongings would be at the students own risk only. The management will not be responsible for any theft of cycles / scooters / belongings inside or outside the institute.

14. Caution money will be refunded on production of money receipt at the end of the coaching period.

15. Fees once paid shall in no case be refunded.
